Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with ResCare Community Living, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history and physical condition
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
• Provide routine care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Current LPN licensure in good standing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong understanding of patient care policies and regulations
