We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Casino Barback to join our team at Hollywood Casino St. Louis. As a Casino Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain various bars, including cleaning equipment, floors, and surfaces.
  • Restock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, juices, and soda.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar stock and equipment.
  • Ensure accuracy of bar stock received from the warehouse and facilitate delivery to specific bars.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external guests.
  • Familiarity with beverages, supplies, and chemicals.
