Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and friendly greetings
    • Assist in scheduling needs, making cuts, and assigning team breaks
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist in inventory counts, ordering products, and receiving shipments
    • Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a well-stocked store
  • Sales and Performance
    • Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals
    • Report directly to the Store Manager
  • Training and Development
    • Assist in training estheticians on protocols, product knowledge, and sales techniques
    • Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes
  • Marketing and Events
    • Assist in marketing initiatives, including events and social media content
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior leadership experience
  • Availability to work onsite events (nights and weekends)
Preferred Requirements
  • 1-2 years of salon/spa experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
