Position Overview

This position demands a unique combination of analytical skills, business insight, and the capability to convey intricate data in a manner that drives strategic actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret extensive data sets pertaining to talent sourcing, employee development, workforce engagement, performance metrics, and other HR-related statistics.
  • Detect significant trends, patterns, and insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Conduct predictive analytics to forecast future trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Design and maintain interactive data dashboards that offer real-time insights and reporting for HR and organizational leaders.
  • Craft engaging data-driven narratives that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
  • Establish data governance best practices to guarantee high-quality and dependable data.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and business units to comprehend their requirements and provide tailored analytical solutions.
  • Work closely with talent acquisition, employee development, and other HR teams to address their analytical needs.
  • Educate and assist HR team members in utilizing data tools and interpreting analytics.
  • Support the optimization of our applicant tracking and analytics platform.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of various talent programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in people analytics, including familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and other personnel database technologies.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and experienced with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity and governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to derive meaningful conclusions from data.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to present data visually in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
