Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a property management company specializing in multifamily residences. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a pleasant environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in both occupied and vacant apartments.
- Maintain cleanliness of on-site building facilities.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals as per guidelines.
- Lift and transport items weighing up to 20 lbs, including navigating stairs.
- Utilize an electric golf cart for property maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $18.
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Bi-weekly payroll with direct deposit options.
