Reports to: Director of Finance and Accounting; Senior Director of Grants Administration

Program/Location: Finance and Accounting Department

Status/Salary: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Position Overview: The Grants Management Specialist is essential in overseeing the management of funds and grants after they have been awarded. This role demands exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in financial reporting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of post-award funds and grants
  • Preparation of monthly billing and budget reports
  • Facilitation of grant closure processes
  • Development of financial documentation and reports
  • Collaboration with financial teams across various departments

Required Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting items up to 25 pounds
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
