Participate in tasks assigned by supervisors, adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, projecting a positive image and serving as a role model. Additional duties may include providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, engaging customers with rewards programs, and participating in truck unloading and stocking processes.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and dispose of trash according to approved procedures.
  • Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment.
  • Deep clean high-traffic areas, including bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
  • Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly.
  • Notify supervisors of supply needs in advance.
  • Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers.
  • Project a positive image and serve as a role model.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
Work Environment
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
