Café Ambassador

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our community, you'll play a vital role in introducing customers to our best-in-class services and creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Bring the Café experience to life by creating an inclusive environment where all customers and team members feel welcome.
- Proactively engage with customers and the community, helping with tech challenges, showcasing our services and products, and having deeper conversations about their financial journeys.
- Guide customers through goal setting, meeting them where they are and advocating for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources.
- Be a team player, working with an energized team of Ambassadors to inspire teammates and drive results.
- Stay curious, adaptable, and committed to self-development, continually learning new digital and technical skills.
- Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and the Engagement team to plan events and promote financial literacy.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
- Associate's degree or 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Proficient in G-Suite and strong written and oral communication skills.
