Novant Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), PACU position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PACU environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- 1 year of experience in ASC, PACU, or operating room setting
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred
