* Provide high-quality patient care in the field of Neurology Medicine, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and medical best practices.
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care, taking the lead in patient care issues and being ultimately responsible for the outcome of each encounter.
* Maintain active status with regards to clinical privileges at CAMC, ensuring ongoing competence and adherence to departmental policies.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, relating effectively with patients, staff, corporate management, medical staff, and co-workers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Possess/obtain and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment, or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages.
* Demonstrate competency through an initial orientation and ongoing competency validation to independently perform tasks and additional duties as specified in the job description and the unit/department specific competency checklist.
Common Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and document all applicable required information, demonstrating positive customer service and co-worker relationships.
* Comply with the company's attendance policy, participate in continuous quality improvement activities, and perform work in a cost-effective manner.
