The Shift Manager plays a vital role in our operations, serving as a key driver of our company culture. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing team members during shifts, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. The Shift Manager reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising all staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Upholding company standards and service levels to enhance sales while minimizing costs.
  • Supporting the General Manager by being a proactive team contributor.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating food, beverage, and service quality; implementing improvements; and building rapport with regular patrons.
  • Ensuring positive guest experiences across all areas, addressing complaints, and taking appropriate actions to convert dissatisfied guests into returning customers.
  • Maintaining a safe working and guest environment to minimize the risk of injuries and accidents.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational standards, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Guaranteeing consistent high quality in food preparation and service.
  • Upholding a professional image of the restaurant, including cleanliness and organization.
