We are seeking a skilled Commercial Hauler to join our team at Skookum. As a national non-profit, government contractor, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for people with disabilities through hiring and supporting individuals with disabilities and veterans with disabilities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $44,180, based on the required skills and qualifications outlined below.

Job Description:
  • FOLLOW SAFETY GUIDELINES: Apply industrial safety trainings and promote a safe workplace culture at all times.
  • DRIVE AND DELIVER: Responsible for driving light and/or medium trucks for pick up and delivery of materials.
  • LOAD AND UNLOAD MATERIALS: Use material handling equipment (MHE) and government furnished trucks to load and unload loose materials.

As a Commercial Hauler, you will be responsible for maintaining accountability of all material handled, as assigned, and on a daily basis. You will also maintain a trip logbook of all deliveries and report daily delivery totals to your Supervisor.

Requirements:
  • A valid state driver's license is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance.
  • You must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
