Position Summary
In collaboration with the Location Manager, the Site Operations Supervisor is tasked with guiding the location team to achieve the company's objectives and priorities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all personnel are well-versed in the company's safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operational and support staff at the location, including staffing, training, and product handling.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, order fulfillment, storage, and inventory management.
- Manage budgeting, fleet operations, equipment upkeep, procurement, and record retention.
- Facilitate training for operations and application staff, while also supervising other location personnel.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with safety regulations, including the implementation of safety programs and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Operational Duties
- Conduct maintenance on plant, equipment, and fleet.
- Manage the loading and delivery of products to clients, as well as receiving and unloading operations.
- Maintain warehouse inventory and storage functions, ensuring proper application of chemical and fertilizer products.

Team Leadership
- Foster a productive workforce by selecting, coaching, and managing the performance of team members.
- Organize daily operations and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with Market Managers and Crop Advisors to ensure efficient operations and strong customer commitment.

Administrative Functions
- Assist in planning and executing facility and capital improvements.
- Perform recordkeeping tasks related to invoicing, inventory, scheduling, and employee documentation.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge in relevant functional areas, including mechanical and equipment management.
- Familiarity with farming environments and chemical application techniques is advantageous.
- Proven supervisory, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Certifications
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
