At Behavior Treatment & Analysis, we are committed to providing unique and individualized ABA-based therapy to individuals with neurodivergent conditions and behavior disorders.

We strive to teach significant milestones to each learner to promote independence and replicate a model of quality services across counties and regions throughout California.

As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with clients and families to implement client treatment plans, deliver ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA, and provide direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home.

You will also attend staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested, and complete daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27 - $28 per hour, paid holidays and PTO for BTs who work a minimum of 25 hours per week, and up to 50% tuition discount through National University for Masters Degree with career development opportunities.

  • English fluency required
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
  • Patient and passion to serve clients of varying ability
  • Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children

  • Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing per company policies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
