Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client management at different facilities, building strong relationships and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Security Operations: Oversee the implementation of security protocols and procedures, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents and conditions causing risk, providing recommendations for risk mitigation measures.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve performance metrics established by the client for security functions performed by officers, as well as metrics for expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling, and report filing.
Requirements
  • Education: Advanced degree (AA/BA) preferred.
  • Experience: Security and safety-related experience in a fulfillment center environment, supervisory experience in the security industry, and law enforcement or military experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in security-related software and equipment.
