Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, treating customers professionally and promptly assisting them with their queries.
  • Perform cashier responsibilities, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
  • Display and organize products in the store to make them easily accessible to customers.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
  • Assist with ordering merchandise and tracking inventory.
  • Monitor customers to prevent loss and assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist with preparation of displays and promotions.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, following all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of retail and customer service principles.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours preferred.
