About the Opportunity
This full-time LPN/LVN position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an attractive package of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and life insurance. Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assess resident health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing vital signs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe environment for our residents

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; LPN/LVN licensure mandatory
- At least one year of experience as a nurse or caregiver, preferably in assisted living, home health, or memory care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
