- Supervise field exploration programs, interpret geotechnical data from boring layouts, utility clearances, and laboratory tests, and provide technical recommendations.
- Perform technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Assist with business development efforts through community involvement and client engagement, promoting ECS Limited's services and expertise.
- Promote company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement, contributing to a productive and inclusive work environment.
- 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong track record of project management and technical expertise.
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of geotechnical principles, with the ability to apply industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients.
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams, with a focus on mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety.
- Business development experience, with a focus on community involvement and client engagement.
