Job Summary

This position is responsible for preparing specialty beverages in a coffee shop environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in coffee preparation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare specialty beverages, including coffee drinks and other beverages, according to established recipes and customer requests.
  • Operate commercial-grade espresso machines and other equipment to prepare beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee shop and surrounding areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies and ingredients.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in coffee preparation and customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
Working Conditions

This position is located in a coffee shop environment and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
