Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and orderly.
  • Wash and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash and recyclables, and ensure proper disposal in designated containers.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, as needed.
  • Assist with banquet table setup and front-of-house preparation.
  • Load and unload supplies and products, and deliver them to designated areas.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
