**Job Functions:**

* Prepares food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
* Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature
* Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
* Maintains a positive attitude and strives to exceed guest expectations
* Works collaboratively with management and fellow team members to achieve goals
* Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times
* Recognizes and adheres to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all
* Performs other tasks as directed by management
* Enthusiastically greets all guests when they enter the restaurant
* Serves the guest, following recipe and preparation guidelines
* Cleans, organizes, and restocks all stations
