Utility Construction Accounts Payable Associate Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Utility Construction Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Corby Energy Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting functions and month-end processes, as well as resolving issues with invoices and collecting necessary documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with entering invoices into Timberscan, ensuring accurate and timely payment
* Work closely with the AP team to resolve issues with invoices and collect W9's and COI
* Participate in special projects as needed, contributing to the growth and success of CES

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
* Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in accounts payable
* Strong understanding of accounting procedures and policies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines

Salary and Benefits:
* Estimated annual salary: $62,000 - $82,000
