Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at Fun Town RV. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that warranty repairs are carried out to customer satisfaction and that all claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and record claim information to manufacturer specifications
  • Investigate overdue, unsettled, and short-paid claims
  • Verify, process, document, and file warranty forms
  • Receive, reconcile, and record payment summaries from manufacturers/concessionaires
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure that all warranty repairs are carried out to customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and sequencing skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner
