  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or eligible for licensure through the NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
  • BLS certification required.
  • One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced certification in cardiovascular nursing, if applicable.
