Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: $80,000
  • Performance Bonus: 15%
  • Equity: 0.1% - 0.15%
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the comprehensive implementation process, which includes:
    • Coordination of hardware fulfillment and delivery
    • Project planning in collaboration with customer experience teams regarding travel and pre-installation communication
    • Collection and documentation of customer data before and after installation
    • Addressing installation challenges by dispatching additional technicians and maintaining prompt communication with customers regarding equipment issues
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both internal and external technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience:
    • Manage internal technician teams
    • Act as the hiring manager for additional technician recruitment
  • Develop a network of national installers to achieve our installation targets by the end of 2025:
    • Provide training for national installer technicians on all relevant hardware and software
    • Supervise installations both on-site and remotely
    • Conduct evaluations of installers and generate reports for customers
  • Collect and disseminate insights from the field to enhance cross-functional learning
  • Create and maintain reports that highlight progress, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities within the implementation process
  • Assist in customer troubleshooting by collaborating directly with internal support and success teams:
    • Develop standard operating procedures as necessary
    • Create internal training resources to facilitate quick resolutions to customer issues
    • Address ad-hoc and tier 3 installation-related challenges
  • Update internal data systems, including Hubspot, related to implementation activities
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule that accommodates occasional travel within the United States and responsiveness to requests outside of standard working hours
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven capacity to devise innovative solutions for complex field challenges
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills to effectively communicate updates to the team
