Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct therapy services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • IEP Development: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
