Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as feeding, dressing, bathing, and transferring.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities based on their interests.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Administer medication reminders as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide incontinence care with compassion and respect.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with family members or other caregivers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing care to individuals in a home setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 150 pounds or more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation and Benefits
- $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
