Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Operations Supervisor to join our team at Lowe's. This role will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Customer Service Associates, managing inventory flow, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Associates to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Manage inventory flow, including vendor returns, 3PL claims, and inventory processing.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with 3PL service providers, Lowe's Supply Chain functional teams, and store operations to maintain operational excellence.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve delivery experiences.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and 5 years' Supply Chain leadership experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years' Supply Chain leadership experience or Associate's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 3 years' Supply Chain leadership experience.
