Arboriculture Crew Supervisor

Joshua Tree Experts is a growing company that values safety, professionalism, and career development. We are seeking an experienced Arboriculture Crew Supervisor to lead our tree care operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of tree care operations and safe tree care practices, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. They will be able to climb and navigate trees safely and efficiently, and possess extensive knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper care techniques.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervising the Tree Crew in performing tree care operations, including pruning, removing, and cabling and bracing.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitoring and maintaining assigned equipment, including Spyder lifts, bucket lifts, loaders, and saws.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
