Mountain Bike Camp Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mountain Bike Kid's Camp Counselor to join our team at KC&E Adventures. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor environment, leading skills application rides and games for kids of various ages and skill levels.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a camp counselor and/or working with children, along with CPR/First Aid certification and completion of online and local training. They will be available to work 3 days a week during the summer months, including an orientation training with our local camp manager.

This role entails reporting to the local lead counselor and camp manager, working with another team member to run all aspects of camp based on our curriculum, which includes teaching individual skills modules, running games, and leading skills application rides. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up and cleaning up every day, ensuring a SAFE and fun environment for all.

You will spend your summer outdoors instead of behind a desk, build your resumé for future jobs, and have the possibility of this becoming a full-time, year-round position for the right person.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a camp counselor and/or working with children
