Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team as a Locum Tenens provider at a Community Health Center (FQHC) in California. This is a full-time opportunity with a possibility to extend beyond the initial 3-month contract.

Work Schedule

The preferred schedule is 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts from 12 pm to 9 pm or 11 am to 9 pm. Alternatively, 4 days a week with 9-hour shifts are also acceptable. Additional evenings or Saturdays may be scheduled to cover vacation or CME leave for the team.

Scope of Work

As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. The average patient load is 18-20 patients per 8-hour shift, with 24 patients per 9-hour shift.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a CA license, DEA License, and a DDS or DMD degree. Willingness to obtain a CA license is a plus.

Technology

The clinic uses eClinicalWorks Dental (eCW) as their Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Compensation

The preferred pay rate for this position is $125 per hour.
