POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at Evenflo Company, Inc.

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products as they move through the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

* Practice safe work habits and follow general safety procedures
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Participate in continuous improvement projects
* Adhere to safety procedures when cleaning or maintaining equipment
* Follow all safety and product quality standards
* Perform quality control inspections of products for defects
* Document test results and notify lead/technician of any issues
* Pack and stack parts accurately
* Monitor and inspect multiple machines
* Assemble cardboard containers and apply labels

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous manufacturing experience preferred
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
