Sales Associate

Cook Children's Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers from the moment they enter the store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast and friendly service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on products and services.
- Process transactions through the cash register and accurately maintain daily cash drawer.
- Prepare and restock store displays, ensuring a clean and comfortable store environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Maintain excellent customer service skills, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service and cashier experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow recipes to maintain quality standards.
- Ability to perform detailed assignments, follow directions, and work under pressure.
