Required Qualifications for This Position
- Proficient understanding of statistical analysis theories, principles, and practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and security protocols.
- Knowledge of project management techniques.
- Understanding of electronic medical record systems and relevant regulations.
- Comprehension of medical terminology.
- Ability to resolve complex system and process challenges.
- Capacity to identify issues, conduct research, and develop/implement effective solutions.
- Competence in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Minimum educational qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Information, Health Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, including project management and clinical data analysis.
- Preferred certifications in the healthcare field.
- Project Management certification is also preferred.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
