Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be an integral part of an Agile Team, focusing on requirement analysis, developing new features, enhancing existing functionalities, conducting unit and integration testing, and providing necessary support.


  • Engage in requirement analysis and comprehension.
  • Assess and identify needs by reviewing business requirements.
  • Create new processes or adjust current ones based on business necessities.
  • Generate precise design and architecture documentation for management.
  • Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing of developed components.
  • Supervise data migration from legacy systems to modern solutions.
  • Evaluate system performance through regular testing, troubleshooting, and feature integration.
  • Participate in production migration activities for developed components.
  • Propose enhancements for both new and existing solutions.
  • Provide training and individual support to staff members.
  • Address system issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Document and understand data flows across various systems and applications.
Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Java and JEE.
  • Experience in designing and developing Spring Boot-based microservices for cloud deployment.
  • Familiarity with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Data JPA, Spring JMS, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud).
  • Knowledge of XML and JSON technologies.
  • Experience with Event Driven Microservices (JMS or Kafka).
  • Proficient in RDBMS such as Oracle.
  • Ability to create automated test cases using Junit and Mockito.
  • Familiarity with build and deployment tools, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of React JS and Drools is a plus.
