This position is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for the F-35 aircraft at our Ghedi, Italy location. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Avionics/Mission Systems, Vehicle Systems, and Supportable Low Observable/Structures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for F-35 aircraft maintenance and modification activities.
- Act as a liaison between Lockheed Martin and the on-site customer to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Document and analyze maintenance problems to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement.
- Initiate Action Requests (ARs) and provide on-site support to company and customer personnel.
- Travel to customer sites as required to provide technical support and assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall aircraft performance.
- 5th Generation Fighter Aircraft experience (F-22 or F-35)
- Minimum of 4 years experience with Avionics/Mission Systems, Supportable Low Observable/Structures, and Vehicle Systems
- Final Secret Security Clearance
- Previous Field Service Engineer (FSE) experience
- Avionics/MS Experience
- APG/VS Experience
- SLO/Structures Experience
- Fault isolation and problem analysis experience at the sub-system level
This position requires a government security clearance. The successful candidate must be a US Citizen.
