Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance on troubleshooting and repair of production and packaging equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and experience with CAMS (Computer Assisted Maintenance System).
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
