Job Title: Consumer Sales Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Sales Analyst to join our team at Consolidated Communications Enterprise Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and identifying trends in residential sales by researching and analyzing industry data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
• Manipulate data using data analysis tools to discover insights
• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
• Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
• Work collaboratively with programmers to create tools to collect and analyze data
• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
• Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
• Communicate with management team regularly
• Present actionable information and insights to management team and sales partners
• Offer suggestions and direction from analysis to help guide organization decision-makers
• Collaborate with different teams and departments to provide expertise and insight

Qualifications:

• Minimum education required is a degree in accounting, economics, mathematics, business, marketing, computer science, or related fields
• 4-6 years applicable experience
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
• Functional experience with database and spreadsheet software, high familiarity of MS Excel a must
• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, familiarity of Tableau preferred
• Currently knowledge of or ability to quickly learn data mining tools and techniques
• Experience performing various forms of online research
• Significant attention to detail and an ability to quickly spot and fix problems
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
• Detail-oriented and a strict attention and appreciation for deadlines
• High level of organization and detail-orientation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently

Salary: Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $55,882 - $84,714
