About the Position

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill the roles of Automotive Assistants and Service Managers at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Dayton, OH area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs
  • Ordering parts and maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with customers and team members
  • Assisting with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Supervising and leading a team of technicians and service advisors

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
  • Basic math and PC skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
