Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

· Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.

· Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and CMMS software.

Preferred Skills:

· Basic understanding of business principles, including contract management, negotiation, and financial processes.

· Experience in planning and scheduling is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular standing, walking, and the use of hands for various tasks. The employee must be able to lift and/or move more than 30 pounds occasionally and may need to sit for extended periods while using a computer. Work is generally conducted in a moderately noisy office environment.
