  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care and support to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and document care services accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Valid PTA Certification for the state of Texas.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse patient personalities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current treatment methodologies.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with patients.
