Job Summary/Description:
WNEM is seeking a skilled Photographer/Editor.

The Photographer/Editor is responsible for capturing and editing video content for various news events, ensuring that the visuals of news stories are compelling and engaging for our audience. This role involves editing all forms of media for daily news broadcasts, continuous news platforms, and special projects as required.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in contemporary editing tools and demonstrate creativity in enhancing our stories through the innovative use of graphics, photographs, and other visual elements.

In addition to editing news segments, the individual must be capable of managing photography assignments and operating multimedia equipment, including live trucks.

Responsibilities include:
- Creative editing of news, weather, and sports content.
- Operating the ENG van and Live U backpack.
- Transmitting and recording video and audio feeds for news, weather, and sports, including ENG feeds.
- Performing limited newsgathering tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant news experience.
