About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using CT technology. This includes preparing patients for scans, operating the equipment, and ensuring accurate image production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CT scans on patients under the guidance of a radiologist or other qualified healthcare professional
  • Prepare patients for scans by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and using necessary shielding materials
  • Operate CT scanners safely and efficiently, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Review images for quality and accuracy, identifying any areas requiring re-scanning or additional imaging
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan details, and any issues encountered during procedures

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. A strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
