Job Title: PT Sales Associate: Malbon Golf

At LEAP, we're revolutionizing the world of retail, and we're looking for a talented PT Sales Associate to join our team at the Malbon Golf store in SoHo.

About the Role:
  • Create exceptional customer experiences that drive brand loyalty and sales growth.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while providing top-notch customer service.
  • Contribute to the overall store maintenance, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working varied hours and days to meet business needs.
  • Support other brands under the LEAP umbrella for new store openings, activations, and additional coverage.
  • Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks, including carrying store keys.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Have one or more years of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in a similar category.
  • Be comfortable working with/using a ladder and lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods.

  • Key Performance Indicators: Sales, Conversion, UPT, AUR, and Traffic.
  • Support customer outreach and brand activations.
