Caregiver Liaison

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care-focused community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents and their families.

As a Care Manager, you will be working closely with our residents to understand their unique needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring the residents' condition and reporting any changes to management. Additionally, you will participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
