Job Description

This Inpatient Float RN position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in various units. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Consult with appropriate resources within the hospital to provide specialized education and support to patients and families.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by preventing errors, accidents, and infections, and reporting potential or actual concerns immediately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the primary state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
