- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive technology)
- 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, including supervisory experience
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent
- Strong understanding of engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Republic Services offers a competitive salary range of $$95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and employee stock purchase plan.
