We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our Ecom monitoring and SRE team, you will be responsible for leading the team and mentoring junior members in performance validation and SRE practices.

• Performance Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, conduct detailed performance analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Set up and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, monitor ecommerce sites, and proactively address potential issues.
• Team Leadership: Lead the Ecom monitoring and SRE team, mentor junior team members, and guide them in performance validation and SRE practices.
• Process Improvement: Review technical support related processes and documentation, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and performance testing, and share knowledge with the team to improve system stability and scalability.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading/mentoring teams, technical support, and performance optimization.
• Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace, Python, and experience in creating technical system understanding documents and SOPs.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
