About the RoleAs an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you will be responsible for providing personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting.
You will work closely with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to care, ensuring continuity from diagnosis through therapy and fostering a seamless experience for families.
Responsibilities- Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
- Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
- Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
- Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
- Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education.
- Competitive hourly rates ranging from $20.
