About the Role

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior support for special education students and students in response to Intervention (RTI) or in the process of being referred for Special Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans in the Frontline system to address behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to provide consultation and support.
  • Provide training and education as needed to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies.
  • Participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) team meetings to advocate for client needs and ensure comprehensive support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the administration to ensure seamless delivery of services.
